Fairbanks has a tight-knit sales and marketing department, that is responsible for seeking out new business from all over the globe via powerful advertising campaigns. The marketing department works closely with the Regioanl Sales Managers to ensure that all collateral is tailored to suit the audience, which often varies considerably from country to country. All design work is carried out in house, meaning that we can really tailor our responses to suit the customer.
Our Regional Sales Managers are each responsible for different countries and spend a lot of time out of the office visiting both prospective and existing clients to develop strong working relationships. They maintain an active presence in the industry, attending exhibitions and shows both nationally and internationally all year round.
Once a new contract is secured, the new sites typically go through a pilot stage, when we complete the site set up on our system and commence the initial data collection process. They work closely with the sites to ensure a smooth transition onto our full, analyst service, which is handled by our operations team.
Once live, major contracts are handled by our Key Account Managers, whose sole responsibility is to maintain regular contact with customers, keeping them up to date with service updates and new releases, as well as delivering bespoke reports in order to substantiate satisfactory return on investment to their business. Despite international time differences, our clients know that they can contact our Key Account Managers at anytime.
The sales and marketing department is also home to our portfolio and customer service teams. Innovation has always been at the heart of Fairbanks and integral to the company's success. We employ an experienced Portfolio Manager who works alongside a dedicated team of developers to make sure that we always stay ahead of the game. Once new products are launched, any queries are handled by customer services.
