Fairbanks' on-site technicians are field-based and spend their time attending various forecourts up and down the country, performing a wide range of services for our customers. When it comes to customer service, our on-site service technicians are the experts. Acting as the face of Fairbanks, they meet with forecourt owners from across the UK and establish strong working relationships based on trust.
Whilst we don’t often see this hardworking team back at the office, the OST's are an integral part of the Fairbanks family. Out in all weathers, they face new and often high-risk challenges every day. The on-site technicians are supported from head office by the on-site services manager and his team, who organise the complex logistics operation with precision, ensuring that Fairbanks arrive on-site at the -pre-arranged time. Services include DSEAR risk assessments, hazardous zone drawings, pump measure checks and meter resets, all of which help to keep our clients legally compliant and protect the environment.
