DSEAR risk assessments

Fairbanks offers a comprehensive DSEAR risk assessment service, designed specifically for fuel forecourts. It covers all areas of legislation and includes support and advice for any areas that need improvement. Our technicians visit your site and guide you through the entire Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) process, leaving you with all of the necessary documentation. A full, tailored action plan is then hosted on our secure web-portal, which you can access and update at any time.

pump measure check

Fairbanks offers a pump measure check service, which can help you to minimise fuel loss and increase profitability. Checks can be performed annually, or more frequently if required. Fairbanks’ technicians are approved by the National Measurement and Regulation Office (NMRO) to perform pump verification using equipment calibrated to NMRO standards. We then produce a full site report, including individual nozzle activity, to advise you of the savings that you could be making. If recalibration is required, we can adjust and restamp meters on the same day.

*cost-benefit reports are only available to customers on our real-time analyst service

bespoke site compliance audit

Our site compliance audits cover all areas of legislation and include support and advice for any areas that need improvement. Our technicians visit your site and guide you through the audit process, leaving you with all of the necessary documentation. The complete, tailored, interactive action plan is then hosted on our secure web portal, which you can access and update at any time. This service is ideal for larger networks.

siren & strobe installation

Fairbanks offers a siren & strobe installation service, which helps to protect your fuel stock, in both above and below-ground tanks, by acting as a deterrent to thieves. Siren & strobe devices offer additional security to forecourts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These units can be easily installed on site, either internally or externally, and sound when triggered by our smart data module, if a sudden fuel loss is detected.

pre-ATC reports

Fairbanks offers a fuel temperature report service, which can forecast the return on investment if you are considering installing ATC pumps. It is based on historic in-tank temperature data, taken over a 12 month period.

The energy value of fuel can fluctuate, depending on its temperature. ATC pumps work by regulating the volume of fuel sold, to ensure that the correct amount of energy is dispensed in each transaction.

post-ATC reports

Fairbanks offers a post-ATC report service, which demonstrates the impact of Automatic Temperature Compensation on your fuel business. The installation of ATC pumps reduces fuel loss and increases profitability, but are you aware of exactly how much your business could benefit? Using historical data, Fairbanks can provide a post-ATC report, which highlights the fuel loss prevented - in both litres of fuel and as a monetary value - over a 12 month period.

tank gauge alerts

Fairbanks offers a customisable tank gauge alert service, notifying you of fuel tank issues 24 hours a day, without the need to be on-site. Our smart data module communicates directly with your tank gauge, taking live  in-tank levels to detect potential issues and instantly notifying you by text or email, so that you can react swiftly to any problems.
